Jenna represents clients in divorce and guardianship matters. She works to represent her clients with the philosophy of Marquette; cura personalis or care for the whole person. She seeks to give the most complete representation she can at every point in the case whether in or outside of the courtroom. She is an experienced trial attorney from years of practice with the Public Defender’s Office where she worked up to homicide representation in only 2 years and focused in special pleas related to mental health as well as Chapter 51 Mental Health Commitments, Chapter 54 Guardianships, and Chapter 55 Protective Placements.
Because of her focus area in mental health, Jenna is familiar with the complex issues that guardianships can pose for a person and how to explain legal concepts in a manner which anyone can understand. She seeks to ensure her clients know what happens in the courtroom fully and are satisfied with the result.
